Does anyone know what thinning shears are for hair cutting and how to use it?

Thinning shears look like scissors but they have these teeth blades... you start about an inch and a half away from your scalp and cut the move down about half way of your hair and cut again.. then comb out the cut hair.. All it does is thins out thick hair... I don't like thinning shears.. having your hair layered looks a lot better..

THINNING SHEARS ARE LIKE SHEARS USED FOR THINNING HAIR. ONE BLADE HAS TEETH LIKE A COMB WHILE THE OTHER BLADE DOES THE CUTTING. THEY ARE USED FOR REMOVING THE BULK FROM HAIR. I USE THEM TO REMOVE HAIR FOR BUSHY BANGS TO GIVE THEM A WISPY LOOK.

they are a type of scissor and should only be used by a professional who knows what they are doing they take out bulk and add texture but there are hair types that it shouldn't be used on
