I like to chat but sometimes I'm sure they just ask you questions because they have been told that they have to chat to the customers. Sometimes they ask you questions and don't listen to the answers which is just pointless! I'd rather just sit in silence!

I chat... She's a friend of mine.. Even if I didn't know her.. I'd try to chat. It's friendlier than just being quiet.

hairdresser are the happiest people to be around,they can tell you some stories or two,they are also gossip mongers :)
