Best way I found is to trim your hair as short as possible with a beard trimmer. Then hop in the shower and use a GOOD razor like a Mach 3 or better. Don't shave against the grain!! If you want to shave farther down and too the backside be very careful around your smegma. It hurts like a son of a ***** if you cut it. I use an intuition women's razor. It has a built in lotion stick around the 3 blade razor like a roll on deodorant. That way you don't have to mess with a shave gel. Also remember to apply some lotion after you pat yourself dry.
