The color isn't a problem - you can always color it again. The cut, however, that's going to take some time. Everyone says your hair grows about 1/2" a month. Take some hair vitamins - it's supposed to make it grow faster.

Hair grows a half an inch a month. I don't know what you mean about being blonde...

It would grow on the end of your chest for about 5 or 6 months straight but you could trim it every month so your hair would get longer fast and healthier and wait for that long or cut it every month but not a big cut just a trim, when you get your hair back you have to dye your hair again because your hair wont be as blonde.
