I don't want to cut it, but it severly damaged from bleach. What cremes, shampoos, vitamins or techniques could help me?

i would start by having it trimed that will cut the dead ends off make ur hair healthy and grow faster, then i would do a hot oil treatment or use a heavy conditioner, but first i would do a green tea tree treatment it will make ur scalp tingle and feel real nice and it cleans ur hair getting the buildup off. then use the conditioner, and if ur hair needs a touch up start at the roots give it 20 minutes then pull down to the shaft, but dont do the ends because they are damaged enough and when u pull down to the shaft,leave that on only for about 5 minutes. that should help for a while at least but if that dont do it talk to some one at a hair supply place. but that should help u some

Try using a conditioner for severly damaged hair. Aveda makes a few of them. Consult a hair stylist, or a colorist for their suggestions.

Any THICK conditioner will work, leave it on in the shower for like 5 mins.

Also you can go to the salon and have a deep conditioning treatment done but all they will do is apply a thick conditioner and put you under the dryer.

Try this...put some real, real thick conditioner in your hair, but do not wet it first, wet it a little bit after the conditioner is in. Use a hair dryer on your hair to make it warm, DO NOT DRY YOUR HAIR WITH THE CONDITIONER IN, be sure to keep your hair a little damp.

It is better to wear your hair down and if you need it up then use a clip. (I like to put my hair up but the truth is you can cause damage from the hair ties.)

You can find many shampoos for damaged hair. I would also use a conditioner. If you take baths be sure when you wash your hair not to rinse with your bath water, but fresh water from the faucet. Some people who take baths dip their head in the water and that is not an effective way of getting all the shampoo out of your hair, since the shampoo gets in the bath water. Not doing it correct can cause dandruff and build up on the scalp.
